Ingredients: 3 c whole milk; 3 c heavy cream; 1 1/2 c sugar; 12 egg yolks

I do hope some of you make this - I just understand that most people don’t have a big ass ice cream machine. There’s lots of smaller affordable options out there. It’s a lot of fun and your friends and family will think you’re really cool.

You can heat the cream and the milk together, I just didn’t have room in the pot, the cold cream will chill the hot milk/eggs quicker, and sometimes heating cream can kinda make it weird if you go too hot.

Everything else is pretty straightforward to the video.

The recipe is for the base and can be turned into pretty much any flavor.
