Just mix everything together for the filling, put it in the pie crust, brush the opposite side with egg wash and fold it over.

Crimp the sides with a fork, poke holes in the top with a fork and bake at 375F for 20-25 min.

The icing is just mixing things together. Add the milk a tiny bit at a time until it gives you a thick but flowly consistency. If it feels too thin you can always add more powdered sugar.

For the Pumpkin Seeds I toasted them on a medium heat for a minute or two, added a pinch of salt and the sugar and just mixed it around until the sugar caramelized.

Let them cool and chop them up for the garnish.
